How to protect your home:
The most important step in protecting your property is a thorough inspection by a termite control specialist. If a termite infestation is found, the specialist can design a treatment plan for your property that will control a current infestation and establish a chemical barrier around the structure to take care of future termite infestations.
Termite Control
We offer partial and full subterrean termite treatments. Termite treatments are reccomended when a structure has active termites and/or conducive conditions. Conducive conditions include wood to ground contact of exterior siding, wood flowerbeds or wood decks that are built onto the exterior of the structure, plus more. Our termite inspections will notify you of these types of conditions.
Pre-Construction Termite Treatments:
We also provide pre-treatments on new construction home and commercial pad sites. In some cities (Lakeway, for 
example) in central Texas, pre-treatments for termites are required by law for new construction. Our termite pre-treatments protect your new home for future termite infestion. This is the best line of defense. All of these treatments include a five year warranty.
Termite Inspections
We can provide a WDI (Wood Destroying Insect Report) for termite inspections. Termite inspections are a vital part to your home inspection while acquiring a new home. With an inspection, you can know before closing what may lie beneath or between your new home's walls. We work closely with home inspectors, realtors, and the buyers to provide an accurate report.
