Initial Service:
Exterior Treatment: We will spray around all entry points (doors and windows,) underneath eves, and cover a 4-5' perimeter arond the exterior of the house. Thorough service helps keep bugs from entering the inside.
Interior Treatment - We will spray the baseboards, cracks and crevices, and corners of your home. We can also spray inside your cabinets when all itmes have been removed. (A good time to do this is when you are moving into a new residence.)
Follow-up Services: We offer monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and one-time services.

Carpenter Ant Treatments:
As with any service that Accurate Termite offers, safety is our primary concern. All products are registered for use by the EPA and have a long record of use in diverse and sensitive situations. It is however recommended to keep children and pets out of the way during treatment. All material that we use will not harm lawns, trees or shrubs.
How long does the treatment last?
Accurate Termite guarantees its Carpenter Ant treatments for one year, which includes re-treatment if needed. Materials break down naturally and other uncontrollable factors may contribute to reinfestation. That is why Accurate Termite will provide our pre-emergent perimeter procedure annually when you renew your Carpenter Ant service agreement. This procedure includes exterior treatment and inspection of your home for your peace of mind. Renew annually to protect your home year after year. What happens after treatment?
It does take some time for the treatment to take full-effect. The time will vary among structures, but generally 2-4 weeks.
It is important to remember that you may continue to see Carpenter Ants outside because they can be nesting in trees, wood piles, etc. They will also travel as much as 300 feet from their nest to forage for food. This is not evidence of a reinfestation. However, if you see many Carpenter Ants in your home on a regular basis, you may have a problem and you should call for a supplementary treatment.
Fire Ant Treatments:
We use a product called TopChoice to treat for fire ants in your yard and it is guaranteed for one full year. If you have an infestation of fire ants in that year, we will come back to re-treat those areas for free! Scorpion Speciality:
Scorpions can be the most difficult insect to control. They have a hard exo-skeleton that does not absorb the chemical as well. We find the best way to rid your home of these pest are to spray on a monthly, regular basis. Scorpions are most commonly found after new construction and in the summer time when they come inside looking for water.
